REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
When we refund, when we do not, and how to ask. Written plainly so there are no surprises.

WHAT THIS SERVICE IS
SnakeRank is a listing board and nothing else. It publishes links in an order decided by how much each listing has paid. That is the entire product.
We do not build, host, operate, review, test, verify, rank on merit, or endorse anything on the board, and we provide no service of any kind to the products listed. Paying does not guarantee you reach #1, does not reserve a position, and does not keep one — anyone may outbid you at any time and move you down. Bids are non-refundable except in the cases set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
The short version
A listing is a digital service delivered immediately. Once it is live on the board, the payment is not refundable — but we always refund the four situations listed below, and asking costs you nothing.
Nothing recurring to cancel
There is no subscription. Every payment is a one-off. We do not store a payment method and we cannot charge you again unless you deliberately place another bid. There is no plan to cancel and no renewal date to watch.
When we will refund you
Write to us and we will refund, in full, if:
- you were charged twice for the same listing, or charged more than once for a single bid;
- your payment cleared but your listing never went live — if we did not deliver, you do not pay;
- a fault on our side placed the listing at the wrong position or with the wrong details and we cannot put it right;
- the payment was not authorised by you. Tell us and we will refund it and help you secure the account.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we approve one it is normally issued within 2 business days and reaches your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
When we will not refund you
The board is an auction. Some outcomes feel disappointing but are the product working correctly, and those are not refundable:
- Somebody outbid you and you moved down. A bid buys the position that amount is worth at that moment, not a position held forever. Being overtaken is the mechanic, not a defect.
- The listing did not bring the traffic you hoped for. We sell a position on a public board. We have never promised clicks, sign-ups or revenue, and we do not refund on the basis of results.
- You changed your mind after the listing went live.
- We removed your listing for breaching the Terms of Service.
- You asked us to remove a live listing. You can have it taken down at any time, but the payment is not returned.
Immediate delivery and your right to withdraw
Where you have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase — for example the 14-day right consumers have in the UK and EU — that right is lost once a digital service has been fully performed. Because a listing goes live as soon as payment clears, you are asked at checkout to agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw once it is published. If you would rather keep that right, do not place a bid.
Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have under the law of your country. If your local consumer law gives you a refund we have said we do not give, your local law wins.
How to ask
Email hiddenquizapp@gmail.com with the listing URL, the approximate date and amount, and the reference from your payment receipt. We reply within 2 business days. If we turn a request down we will tell you why, in writing.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before raising a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster ourselves. We may suspend a listing while a chargeback is open, and we may decline future listings from an account that raises chargebacks in place of contacting us.
Who charged you
Payment is handled by our payment provider as merchant of record, so their name may appear on your statement rather than Aryan Kumar. Refunds are still requested from us, at the address above, and we arrange them with the provider.
