SnakeRank is a listing board and nothing else. It publishes links in an order decided by how much each listing has paid. That is the entire product.
We do not build, host, operate, review, test, verify, rank on merit, or endorse anything on the board, and we provide no service of any kind to the products listed. Paying does not guarantee you reach #1, does not reserve a position, and does not keep one — anyone may outbid you at any time and move you down. Bids are non-refundable except in the cases set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Email hiddenquizapp@gmail.com about anything: a listing that did not appear, a payment you do not recognise, a refund request, a correction to your details, or a takedown.
What to include
We can almost always resolve a problem on the first reply if you send:
- the URL or handle of the listing;
- the approximate date and amount of the payment;
- the reference from your payment receipt, if it is about money;
- what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
Refunds and billing
Read the Refund and Cancellation Policy first — it says exactly which situations we refund. Then email us; you do not need to fill in a form.
Takedowns and complaints
If a listing infringes your rights, is unlawful, or points somewhere harmful, email us with the listing URL and a short description of the problem. We remove listings that breach the Terms of Service, and we act faster on anything that puts visitors at risk.
Privacy requests
To access, correct, export or delete your data, email the same address and say what you want. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold and how long we hold it.

SnakeRank is operated by Aryan Kumar, Jharkhand, India. Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record, so their name may be what appears on your card statement.
